Our full-year classes start the week of September 17, 2012 and finish the week of May 27, 2013. Our yearend show is held at the Key City Theatre on Saturday, June 1, 2013.



BALLET focuses on technique and posture and develops core strength. It provides the dancer with grace and elegance and musical awareness. All ballet classes will follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus. Students who are interested in taking an RAD exam will be required to take additional exam classes closer to exam time.

JAZZ is very stylized and focuses on the energy and power of the body. Dancers will focus on flexibility, jumps, and turns. Classes will be based on the ADAPT syllabus and free styles.

TAP is based on rhythm and style and focuses on sound quality and musicality. Classes will be based on the Al Gilbert syllabus and free styles.

CONTEMPORARY is a compilation of different styles of dance, including lyrical, classical ballet, and modern.

HIP HOP is the lastest dance craze. Hip hop classes cover a wide range of different styles and technique: house dancing, whacking, and vouging.

Creative Movement - 8 week session starting January 16th, 2013
(ages 2 to 3 yrs)
A fun introduction to learning basic dance movements at an early age. Young dancers will explore their imagination as they learn to move to music. Parents are welcome to join in! Cost: $50 (HST inc) plus one-time registration fee for the year.

Kinderdance - 12 week session starting January 9th, 2013
(ages 3 to 4)
This is a combination dance class introducing dancers to Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. Young dancers will learn the basics of each dance discipline in a fun exciting way. Cost: $130 (HST inc) plus one-time registration fee for the year.

Adult Programs
Come join our 8-week Adult Hip Hop/Jazz class. This class offers a great workout and is a fun way to challenge your mind! Beginners are welcome! Cost: $95+HST ($106.40 with HST - no registration fee for this class.)
